MATADOR Group received the news of the war in Ukraine with great concern. We
continue to hope for a cessation of hostilities and a return to diplomacy. We are
deeply convinced that a sustainable solution to the conflict can be found
exclusively on the basis of international law.

Against the background of the Russian attack on Ukraine and the resulting
consequences, the board of directors of MATADOR Group has decided to suspend
all its activities on the territory of the Russian Federation and does not carry out
any business activity there.
